Kevin has spent a number of years in the restaurant business from dishwasher to line cook to management in a major chain and has worked with everything from food costs to labor matrixes. Kevin authored a service-training manual for the chain and traveled with regional management cleanliness inspection teams. Kevin has many years experience in the radio broadcast industry, his latest creation being co-host of Chef and The Fat Man on AM 1160 since its beginning in January 2002. Kevin is married to Karen who also assists in web site development and production of the shows. Kevin and Karen have 3 cats and one cockatiel.

Chef Fred is a graduate of Culinary Art Institute in Atlanta with an Associate degree in Culinary Art. His love of cooking allows him to create recipes that can be easily prepared by listeners. Chef Fred has owned a private catering company, worked in many different ethnic restaurants and presently works in a retail market. Chef Fred also assisted in the building of a promotional food demonstration company, providing recipes and training techniques for amateur food show demonstrators. In addition to his cooking hobby, Chef Fred enjoys gardening, working on his cookbook and creating sauces and rubs for possible retail consumption. Fred and his wife Linda have 2 dogs.
